With over a decade of specialized experience in fine art handling and logistics, our team was responsible for ensuring that artworks from participating galleries and artists were managed with the highest level of care and professionalism throughout the exhibition cycle.

Our scope of work began well before the exhibition opened. The team designed and manufactured custom-built crates tailored to the size, medium, and conservation requirements of each artwork. This was followed by secure transportation from multiple locations, ensuring that every piece was handled using museum-grade packing materials and carefully monitored logistics procedures.

Upon arrival at the venue, our trained art handlers carried out supervised unpacking and condition checks, working closely with gallery representatives and curators to verify that every artwork arrived in perfect condition. The installation process was executed with precise planning, including accurate placement, alignment, and mounting, ensuring that each piece was displayed exactly as intended by the curatorial teams.

Throughout the exhibition, our team remained on-site to coordinate with organizers and exhibitors, maintaining strict handling protocols to safeguard the artworks. Once the fair concluded, we managed the structured de-installation process, carefully packing and preparing the artworks for safe return transportation to their respective destinations.
