Starbic Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in Records Management Services (RMS), helping enterprises securely store, manage, and retrieve physical and digital records while ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional P&L Leadership & Growth Strategy
- Full responsibility for regional revenue targets, profitability, and overall business growth.
- Build and implement a structured expansion roadmap to drive aggressive YoY sales growth.
- Strengthening Starbic’s market position as the preferred partner for Records Management & Storage in the West region.
- Focus primarily on growth, business development, and deal conversion, not day-to-day operations.
2. Team Building & Leadership
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team for the West.
- Set clear KRAs/KPIs and establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve productivity, conversion ratios, and client engagement.
3. New Business Acquisition & Deal Closure
- Lead from the front with a hunter mindset, targeting new corporate clients.
- Identify, engage, and close large enterprise accounts, RFPs, and long-term storage contracts.
- Develop relevant commercial proposals and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Own the entire deal cycle—from lead generation to negotiation to closure.
4. Key Account Management & Growth
- Retain and expand key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-addition opportunities across Starbic’s service portfolio.
- Coordinate with the operations team for important service issues or escalations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience to support long-term retention.
5. CRM, MIS & Forecasting
- Ensure high discipline in CRM: clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, and updated client information.
- Provide structured MIS reports covering revenue performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and market insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
6. Market Intelligence & Brand Presence
- Represent Starbic at regional industry events, corporate meetings, and networking platforms.
- Stay informed on competitor strategies, customer trends, and regulatory developments affecting the industry.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service only where needed to support client acquisition and address escalations.
- Ensure service-level alignment for key clients, without being involved in daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of corporate/B2B sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a senior regional leadership role.
- Strong experience in Records Management, Warehousing, Storage, Logistics, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals, driving revenue growth, and scaling teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
- Willingness to travel across the West region as needed.
