The Welfare Home for Children in Sarita Vihar receives continuous support focused on nurturing every aspect of the children’s well-being. This initiative includes the provision of nutritious meals, educational resources, and healthcare support, ensuring holistic growth and development.

Approached as an “adoption” of the children’s needs, the effort goes beyond traditional funding to create a sustainable, long-term impact. As part of this commitment, a nutrition-focused meal drive was also organized to strengthen immunity and support healthy physical and cognitive development—laying the foundation for better health, learning, and brighter futures.

As part of its ongoing sustainability and environmental stewardship efforts, Star Worldwide Group successfully carried out the first phase of its Tree Plantation Drive, planting 100 saplings across two key locations—Naurangpur and Farukhnagar in Gurgaon.

This initiative is part of the company’s broader commitment to reducing its ecological footprint and contributing to a greener, healthier planet. Conducted under the internal CSR banner, the drive not only aims to increase green cover in industrial and semi-urban areas but also to raise awareness among employees and the local community about the importance of preserving the environment.

The plantation effort was planned and executed by Star Worldwide’s team, with active participation from employees and local volunteers. Indigenous species of trees were carefully selected to ensure environmental compatibility and long-term ecological benefit. The saplings will be monitored and maintained regularly to ensure their healthy growth and survival.

This plantation drive is a reflection of Star’s philosophy of giving back to the environment and creating a positive, lasting impact for future generations.

Star proudly sponsored a visit for 30 talented students from an NGO’s Media Lab to Museo Camera, Centre for The Photographic Arts, These bright young creative minds, aged between 15-25 years and all students from underserved communities aspiring to make a career in filmmaking, graphic design, video editing, photography and animation, had the incredible opportunity to explore Museo Camera’s galleries and participate in a guided walk. During their visit, the students immersed themselves in the world of photography and fine arts, gaining valuable insights and inspiration. It was a day filled with learning, discovery, and appreciation for the arts.
