Star Worldwide Group successfully managed the end-to-end fine art logistics and installation for the Christie’s Preview held at The Oberoi, New Delhi as part of the CIN tour. The project involved coordinating the movement and presentation of artworks arriving from both international and domestic locations, requiring careful planning and strict adherence to international fine art handling standards.

Our Fine Art Logistics team oversaw the entire process, beginning with the management of international freight and the coordination of shipments arriving into India. Each consignment was handled with specialized procedures designed for the safe movement of valuable artworks, including secure packing, monitoring during transit, and compliance with import regulations.

Upon arrival, the team managed the customs clearance process and conducted detailed condition reporting to document the state of each artwork before installation. This step ensured transparency and protection for all stakeholders involved in the auction process.

At the venue, our trained art handlers carried out precision installation in alignment with Christie’s display and auction standards. Each artwork was carefully unpacked, positioned, and mounted under controlled conditions to ensure both visual presentation and physical safety.

Following the successful completion of the preview, our team managed the structured de-installation and repacking of the artworks using museum-grade packing materials. The works were then prepared for secure onward export to Dubai, the next destination of the preview tour.
