Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain salary structures and compensation data.

Leave & Attendance Management:

  • Track and manage employee attendance & leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
  • Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop learning programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor employee progress and effectiveness of training initiatives.

HR Documentation & Exit Formalities:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle exit interviews and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll processing, and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
