Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Handle tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain salary structures and compensation data.
Leave & Attendance Management:
- Track and manage employee attendance & leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
- Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor employee progress and effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Documentation & Exit Formalities:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle exit interviews and full & final settlements.
- Ensure smooth offboarding processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll processing, and recruitment.
- Proficiency in HRMS software & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
