- Arrival Information Kit, which includes:

- local amenity information
- general information on the city of relocation
- any other relevant information

- Briefing on arrival of client/family to cover:
- housing
- transportation
- security
- commuting to schools and place of work
- local amenities
- shopping

- Accompanied viewing of shortlisted properties that meet the specified housing requirements indicated by the client.

Negotiation of lease terms

Facilitation of preparation of lease deed including advice on initial payments

Transfer of utilities

Installation of telephones, cooking gas connections and any other amenities as required.

Assessment of any pre-move refurbishment or repairs and verification of the execution of these.

Arranging of property inspection and property condition report to client
