Intended to provide an appropriate level of knowledge and sensitivity to the culture of the host country and city, and also to advise on necessary behavioral adjustments needed to live and work within that cultural environment.

 

Elements (may include some or all of the following):

  1. Advice on the effect of the local culture or environment on corporate activity or individual/family activities
  2. Assessment of needs of the client or the employing organization as related to his assignment, and advice/information on the nature and intensity of cross-cultural training required by the client to fulfill these needs.
  3. Preparation and implementation of an appropriate program of cultural training.
  4. Advice on the need for on-going cross-cultural training during the tenure of client's assignment.
